2. Rights Concerning Faulty or Damaged Electronics

Because we specialize in electronics, we ensure all products match their descriptions and function as intended. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, all goods must be:

  • As described: Fit the description, specifications, and images shown on our website.

  • Of satisfactory quality: Meet the standards that a reasonable person would expect, taking into account the price and description.

  • Fit for purpose: Do what they are reasonably expected to do.

If an item you bought from us does not meet these three criteria, your rights are as follows:

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery: You are entitled to an immediate full refund or a free replacement.

  • After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months): If a fault develops, we are entitled to try and repair or replace the item first. If we cannot do this, you are then entitled to a full or partial refund.

3. Delivery Guarantees

We want your shopping experience to be stress-free.

  • 30-Day Delivery Guarantee: Under UK law, unless we have specifically agreed on a longer delivery timeframe with you (such as our standard shipping timeframe of 7 to 12 business days), your order must be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days of your purchase date, you have the legal right to cancel the order for a full refund.
